About the service
Before your appointment, you’ll complete a short questionnaire and share videos and photos of your dog, helping us understand their mobility, lifestyle, and specific challenges. This information allows us to prepare thoroughly, so we can make the most of your consultation.
Your one-hour online session will be fully dedicated to discussing your concerns, reviewing your dog’s condition, and providing tailored, practical advice for their ongoing care. After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed written report summarising our recommendations. A copy will also be sent to your own veterinary practice, ensuring everyone involved in your dog’s care is on the same page.
