ABOUT THE SERVICE
What to expect
Before your appointment, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire and share videos and photos of your dog. This helps us understand how they are moving, how their condition affects daily life, and what has and has not helped so far.
Your one-hour online consultation is dedicated to discussing your concerns, reviewing your dog’s condition in detail, and providing clear, practical advice tailored to their individual needs.
Afterwards, you will receive a written report summarising the discussion and recommendations. With your permission, a copy can be shared with your own vet to keep everyone involved in your dog’s care informed.
